Who is eligible to live in your homes?
West Prince Housing serves adults age 18 and older who are in need of stable, supportive housing. This includes veterans and individuals exiting incarceration, aging out of foster care, experiencing homelessness, or participating in reentry or recovery programs.

Do you conduct background checks?
Yes. For the safety of our residents and staff, we perform background checks on all applicants.

Who is not eligible for housing?
We are not able to accept:
Registered sex offenders
Individuals with recent or active violent felony charges
Individuals with untreated severe mental health or behavioral issues that would pose a risk in shared living.

What are the requirements for housing?
All residents must:
Be 18 years or older
Be willing to live in a shared, structured environment
Pass a background check
Agree to follow house rules and community guidelines
Be referred by a case manager, support worker, or apply through our intake process

What's the Average Housing Cost?
Our housing typically ranges from $700 to $850 per month, depending on room type, location, and services provided. Most residents are funded through reentry programs, support agencies, or transitional housing funds.

What Funding Sources Do you Accept?
Most residents are funded through agencies, transitional housing programs, or reentry support. We also accept some private pay residents on a case-by-case basis.
